Info: The most common forms of thenardite is crust-like or flower-like, but it can be found also in the forms of big bypyramidal crystals. The twins of this crystal often grow in the form of cross. Thenardite is often colourless, but it can be also greyish, yellowish or reddish colouration. Thenardite can be translucent to transparent.
Found: Thenardite was found in Chille, Peru, Canada, USA, Middle Asia, Egypt, Sudan and in Lybian Sahara desert.
